    - Poor work life balance on some accounts
    - Processes are not yet mature causing inefficiencies but getting there

    Keep up the strong company growth but ensure that processes evolve, and employees can afford a work-life balance

    Pros

    Great experience and lots of client interaction; challenging work with strategic impact; merit is recognized and rewarded. Clients are happy, so relationships are positive for the most part.
    Cool, smart people in general.

    Cons

    Lots of travel If you don't like travel you won't want to be assigned with a client on-site. I think it's a perk, but that me.

    Great experience with world class brands and organizations. Ability to lead cross functional teams and think strategically about big problems. GEP challenges you to be your best.

    Cons

    Be ready to work, this company demands your best work at all times. If you don't like to travel this isn't the job for you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep finding ways to stay close to your lowest level consultants. They are the lifeblood of the organization and their continued growth is paramount to future success.
