    Pros

    Pros

Young and growing company at Spain with a lot of job opportunities.

    Cons

There isn't a proffesional plan. As many other companies of IT in Spain, company doesn't provide enough proffesional training courses and salaries should be better.

I have been working at GFI Informatique full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Company has delivery based service departments. This mean that company is interesting to provide good service to their clients -> company is interesting to hire good candidats and use their best skills. This is much better than sending consultants to client. In case of consultants company will be interesting to receive as bigger as possible from client and to pay you as less as possible, in case of DBS, they are interesting to provide GOOD service to clients.
    - company is growing up, so in case if you join now, probably you will have good carer opportunities in nearest future
    - family atmosphere. Company is small and everybody are so friendly.
    - Company used to send people on certification/conferences/training a lot.

    Cons

-Office pretty small, and some parts of it , could be improved. like kitchen

I worked at GFI Informatique full-time

    Pros

Good quality of life and advantages with the CE (comité d'entreprise).
    Nice colleagues.

    Cons

    Very few career opportunities.
Strong difficulty in getting trainings - no real interest in making employees growing.
    Only french spoken.
The contractor feels abandoned as the "suivi de mission" are yearly based and totally useless.
Employee profit sharing is simply ridiculous (20 euros each year).

    Advice to Management

Think more about employees and less about personal salaries and bonuses.

I have been working at GFI Informatique full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can work for Amadeus and hope to become internal before to leave GFI because you are too much frustrated

    Cons

You will not do any course. they told you that you can but when you ask for the approval you will not receive any answer.
When you have some issue or doubt you will be alone, no one answer you and when ( after weeks and a lot of e mail to ask an answer) you receive an email with confused and unclear answer ( maybe they have forgotten your question in all this time).
not trust about what they told you, they will try to tell you what they prefer. It is very complex to find a honest person that helps you and not tells you things only to give an advantage to GFI.
You will feel like money machine, you need to product and do not ask anything, if you think to come in this company good luck.

    Advice to Management

    Restart From zero.
