I worked at GFI Informatique full-time

    Pros

Good quality of life and advantages with the CE (comité d'entreprise).
    Nice colleagues.

    Cons

    Very few career opportunities.
Strong difficulty in getting trainings - no real interest in making employees growing.
    Only french spoken.
The contractor feels abandoned as the "suivi de mission" are yearly based and totally useless.
Employee profit sharing is simply ridiculous (20 euros each year).

    Advice to Management

Think more about employees and less about personal salaries and bonuses.

    Pros

i have to type something here...

    Cons

Projects managment is a big problem, people in charge don't have the minimum skill requirements. You can guess what will happen after and what kind of decisions is taken each time (Bad decision or Good decision).
They'll also promise you gold mountains to have you sign the contract and after they'll treat you like a stupid person.
Don't loose your time in sophia Antipolis with them.

I worked at GFI Informatique full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - average salary and benefits
    - good CE (but it couldn't be the case anymore since a few months)
    - good language courses in the package

    Cons

    - Very bad experience with holidays and internal procedures: the rules (I unfortunately discovered late) say "90+ days notice for standard leaves, 7+ days notice for RTT days and up to 30 days after the request to get a positive or negative feedback". You can't basically get days off the first year without a "proper justification".
    - For a 5 days leave I had to wait 3 weeks for a feedback...
    - I also got rejected (after 40 days!) 8 days of unpaid leave for unofficial healthcare reasons, even though I had the approval of the client, I provided a plan of using them in the following 3 months.

    Advice to Management

    - improve day by day communication with employees
    - consider relaxing the 90+ days notice constraint for holidays
    - consider allowing the use of holidays as soon as they are accumulated, without any sort of "justification"
    - consider discussing with employees before rejecting few unpaid leaves if justified and approved by the client

I worked at GFI Informatique full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Advice to Management

I have been working at GFI Informatique full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Ticket Resto.
    CE.
Indemnités km (quand on est chez client).

    Cons

    Pas ou très peu d'augmentation.
    Pas de participation (14euros/an !!!) --> De qui se moque-t-on ?
    Pas d'interessement.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to Management

I have been working at GFI Informatique full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Advice to Management
