I worked at GFI Software full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It was a great and ambitious company with impressive on-premise software products. A great team and good management. Good benefits and good pay.

    Cons

Changes in the company strategy, and company culture lead many employees to quit or to leave. Average training provided.

I worked at GFI Software full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is good. A lot of good people. Not the worst managed company I've been with.

    Cons

A collection of businesses. Not focused. A CEO with a very foul mouth. There are good people, but there are mediocre executives in senior management who never seem to be held accountable.

I worked at GFI Software full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

GFI pays ok and the hours are also manageable. The location is outside of Tampa so the commute isn't too bad to get to work.

    Cons

The place is synonymous with a theatre house. The place is full of drama and it seems nearly no one can keep anything to themselves. It is a small company with little room to move up. Also, to move up you have to be buddies with the higher ups.

    Pros

It's a job and pays okay.

    Cons

Big company mentality - you're just a number.

    Advice to Management

If you treated people better, you wouldn't ALWAYS be hiring.

    Pros

La mutuelle et le CE me paraissaient relativement interessants

    Cons

GFI ressemble à beaucoup d'autres SSII importantes, par l'effectif, qui ont eu une croissance externe importante tout en conservant une organisation et une gestion de grosse PME

    Advice to Management

Il faudrait revoir la manière de considérer les collaborateurs (évolution de carrière, salaire, ...) afin de mieux les motiver.
