    Flexible schedule Stores aren't far away You can always pick up extra hours

    No upward mobility Don't always get a break Lack of communication

    Advice to Management

    Always communicate with your employees. Check in on them to see how they're doing, give them annual raises, praise them for their work and train them when needed.

    I have been working at GI-RO Dry Cleaners part-time

    Pros

    friendly staff, very accommodating if you need off for an appointment or death in the family. Bonus at christmass and a giftcard for your birthday. Jennifer and Sarah are always there to talk and are great mentors. I have learned so much from the both of them and every aspect of the business.

    Cons

    You might have to work later than your end time for your shift if it's busy.

    I have been working at GI-RO Dry Cleaners full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Working directly with owner has its benefits and if your looking to work long and hard this is the place

    Cons

    Your expected to work around any worse case scenario no direction from employer you are forced to figure it out on your own

    Advice to Management

    You need a better set up for your employees so that operations can go smoother as well as a training manual racist and sexist comments should never be tolerated!
