    Pros

The co-workers are nice, but no management.

    Cons

You will be a slave if you work for them. You won't work as normal hours. You will burn out. 10 hours per day is minimum. The management is so poor. They are very arrogant and wont work with your schedule.

    Pros

Willing to work with family and medical issues, great benefits package

    Cons

Double standards, especially based on race/ethnicity. Performance reviews and bonuses are biased and based more on relationships, impressions and personal opinions than actual quality of work.

    Advice to Management

Treat all employees equally. No preferential treatment for friends, relatives etc. Reward good, hard work. And salary or not, if people put in extra hours there should be some sort of additional compensation.

I have been working at GITI Tire full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good product, pretty good people behind the scenes, great benefits.

    Cons

Poor management, do not promote from within. Bonuses are a joke and purely based on whether they like you or not. If you are liked, you are rewarded, if you aren't then good luck. Everyone talks behind everyone's back here and trust me - no one has your back. Look out for yourself.

    Advice to Management

Out with the old in with the new. Get rid of the people who are not working at all and that aren't producing and hire good people or promote from within. Pay people on their individual performance and whether they got their job done for the betterment of the company.

I have been working at GITI Tire full-time

    Pros

The culture environment in the office is pretty laid back. Company seems to do well and there are opportunities for growth. Good pay and benefits compared to competition. Overall pleasant experience!

    Cons

Office location is not great. Scan-in card system with no real flexible on work times. Also, company is a bit bureaucratic and big about process, sometimes takes a lot of time to get relatively simple things done/approved.

    Advice to Management

Such long processes can reduce productivity.

Its a company having people from all continents.
    One of the top paying.
    Fearless working.

    Cons

    Need to be more aggressive

    Advice to Management

    Expand business to mass markets

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

OK to make mistake, as long as able to learn from it. Friendly working environment, where one is able to learn and grow.

    Cons

Inbalance in treatments and benefits. Not reachable by subway(you need to change to more than one of transportation method), less options for food

    Advice to Management

Do salary review by comparing to other in similar industry. It is cheaper and more efficient to develop talents and keep them, then to keep getting underpaid employee with low skills
