Pros

Weekly pay is always good

Cons

Awful culture. Catty, gossipy, upper management. They only focus on social media advertising and the sad attempt to make the founder seem like an entrepreneurial media star. Poor training just to fill tech positions so they can open new stores monthly.... NEW STORES when they don't even have proof of concept. Buzzword 'Waterless' services which have proven to be disastrous with non-stop customer complaints. Turnover is the name of this game, Management = High Turnover, Nail Techs =High Turnover, Customers =High Turnover.... HINT: NOBODY WANTS TO BE THERE!

Pros

My coworkers were great to work with. Bonded a lot over the issues of work unfortunately.

Cons

Corporate sent an email 15 mins after my last shift to let us know as a location that we were closing and it was our last day of employment. We were constantly out of supplies, corporate was hard to get in touch with, horrible communication between all levels of administration. Didn’t seem like there were opportunities to advance.
