I have been working at GMR Delhi International Airport full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Cool Work Culture, No Pressures

    Cons

Less Salary, U r not even paid to the Degree u have n d experience u had. Very slow decisions, Weak HR Administration, Salary wise-cutting are more, simple example is "Money allocated by Gov from a project at the starting(CTC agreed), last amount which will be reaching for the project(Salary), another is Ice Berg to Ice Cube. Not suitable for Starters n Young Management Guys.

    Advice to Management

Decide the salary based on the Experience, Education also.. and also take reviews regarding the new joinees n increase the salary atleast after an year. Pls don't tend to get cheap work men irrespective of their qualification.
