I have been working at GMR Marketing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

GMR Marketing has been great so far. They have great management and truly want you to succeed. GMR pushes me to become better in my career while also making sure everyone enjoys what they're doing. It's definitely a work hard, play hard office. Everyone is so friendly and there's always a fun activity to take part in.

    Cons

    I haven't seen any cons.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing!

I worked at GMR Marketing full-time

    Pros

Great culture. Very dynamic and engaging environment.

    Cons

Too progressive and dynamic at times. Changes are sometimes made for the sake of change, not for improvement. Decisions are sometimes made in haste.

I worked at GMR Marketing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Amazing ability to perform hands on work with global brands within an experiential event platform.

Young culture - great personality and office feel.

Ability to be exposed to more than what your role outlines or demands

    Cons

Low pay, especially for the market and demand of the job.

No structure in place to objectively measure employee performance, very difficult to grow in company.

Benefits are low and not competitive for the market.

    Advice to Management

Reassess bonuses and introduce measurable scale to objectively assess employee's performance. Loss of talent due to inability to grow on a team or greater account impacts full team and delays growth on current projects due to re-training new hires. Listen to the concerns of the employees in satellite offices, not just headquarters.

Fast Paced Environment, working with all different types of people from all around the world. Making a difference in someone's life.
