      There is absolutely no pros besides maybe the employee discount.

      Cons

      After being bought by Harbin, everything has gone sour. To cut costs they are taking away all commission and being replaced with a hopeless bonus system (500 a month) only if you hit their sales plan. To combat that, they gave us raises. I received a .25 raise which gives me less than 10 dollars a week more (after I had been making over 100 in commission). Not only that, but the sales pressure is completely unbearable. No one wants the pro membership and I’m sick of customers telling me off bc they hated it in the past. Also, I have been instructed to change the store layout at least 5 times this month. I was told I can’t have a chair to sit all day (10 hour shifts). I now have plantar fasciitis and I can hardly walk ok my foot. I’m also only 22. Mangers are not paid for the work being requested. In short, Harbin is milking the company for every dollar possible and screwing its employees. It won’t be around much longer especially with employees now having to haggle people to beat their sales plan.
