I worked at GNC (More than a year)

    Pros

Minimum wage plus uncapped commission so the pay is pretty good if you know how to sell.

    Cons

Manager would ask for ridiculous tasks to be done

    Advice to Management

Make the schedule earlier and not the night before the week. Dont text workers 4 fours before you want them to come in for work.

I have been working at GNC part-time

    Pros

Love the job, competitive, you learn a lot about fitness/how to stay healthy, customer interaction.

    Cons

The payroll department is an absolute joke. They are never available nor do they ever call back after leaving your info and reason for calling. I guess you're just supposed to sit back and accept your payroll issues?

    Advice to Management

I dont know how laid back the payroll people are or if they just take massive vacations but with something as important as payroll you would think at least a few people would always be available.
