Pros
The company is a good company. There is lots of room to growth. The pay is average. Lots of overtime is usually available in the summer time. The weather can make it difficult in the winter.
Cons
Equipment is older. It can take a little longer to get it fixed at times but shop responds to requests. Since the work is outside the weather can affect how many hours you work. If it rains then you may not work that day unless you are doing erosion work.

Pros
I loved this job I was doing the type of work I always wanted to do .
Cons
This company put me in a dangerous position with no training and I got hurt and then I was wrote up went to the doctor and I broke my fingers they have ignored me or the accident and I thought this company was a great place to work but when I found out that the forman paid for some strippers with company credit card and here I am and my family starving have no place to live cause they didn't want to pay me for my injuries it really breaks my heart to know I was treated this way and I really gave my all to this company like I was saying I loved my job I never ask them for nothing but fix my injuries and make sure my family are and I respected them when they had none for me

Pros
It’s a job and better than no job at all.
Cons
True story, strippers were paid for with company credit card. Not the company or upper management I thought they were but at the end of the day, all men are the same

Pros
Good people to work with!
Cons
Equipment is sad, new heavy equipment is starting to come in but little too late. Trucks are in horrible condition, with no upgrades in sight. Pay for the ones that work their butt off is way too low, and the ones that do nothing get the rewards.

Pros
I get a weekly pay check.
Cons
Upper management will trip over dollars to save pennies. Buying old technology, old trucks, old equipment. Upper management does not not invest in their employees. They put on a good show about being family oriented but the truth is they will turn on you faster than a snake. It's a shame they have had so much talent but lost it because they aren't taking care of what matters.

Pros
There is lots of work to be done on a wide variety of equipment. Lots of overtime.
Cons
There is lots of work to be done on a wide variety of equipment. Lots of overtime. Not enough maintenance personnel.
