    Positive Outlook

I have been working at GPSFX full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Best compensation plan in the industry for the fx sales and trading team, pro family environment and willing to work with employees as life events happen. Opportunity to grow and be an internal part of the growth plan going forward. Founders involved on the day to day activity.

    Cons

Smaller company still trying to become well known. Sometimes viewed as a fx payment broker when true value is in the hedging programs.

    Advice to Management

Continue to push for the growth that is desired and people will rise to the occasion.

    Pros

Lifestyle, very good enviroment to work in. I would recommend employement at GPS to anyone. They have a good balance of work and life. Plus you geet every bank holiday off.

    Cons

Small company. You will find all the issues that go along wiht working for a small company, but that is offset by the positives of working for a small company. It is a little bit like a family.

    Advice to Management

They do a good job of letting us manage ourselves, but it would be nice if they were on location more often and more willing to listen to everyone before they make drastic changes. A little more tact from some of the Managers would be nice.

    Pros

Laid back work place, essentially a sink or swim culture; it's up to you to make your time there worthwhile

    Cons

Not the best communication between senior management and those lower in the company. Sometimes left in the dark regarding future employment

    Advice to Management

Take a stronger interest in the success or failure of those you hire, don't just tell them to make you more money.
