    Pros

Great people work here! Flexible company. Family friendly.

    Cons

Parking lot is tough. Try to request a spot in the garage or you might be driving around for 15 minutes waiting for a spot to open.

I worked at GRB Entertainment full-time

    Pros

    At least paychecks were timely

    Cons

    This entire company is depressing

    Advice to Management

Create a community & work culture that inspires your employees to want to work here. Treat your employees with respect. Provide a safe space for employees to feel welcome and not fear they'll be fired any day. The Dev Team has had such an unbelievable turn-over in the last year that I doubt anything has actually been developed let alone sold.

I worked at GRB Entertainment full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people from top to bottom. Upper management is friendly and is willing to give people a chance to prove themselves.

    Cons

Projects become muddled because everyone in upper management feels it is vital to give their opinion and have their changes included in everything that goes out the door. This leads to almost every pitch item having little to no edge to stand out from everything else that is being pitched around town. Employees are too comfortable and aren't afraid to do just the bare minimum to keep their jobs.

    Advice to Management

Find an edge that separates you from the crowd. Hold employees accountable for both their great ideas/performance as well as their poor ideas/performance.

I worked at GRB Entertainment as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Smart executives - hands on with interns and great mentor figures. Allowed interns to share ideas for new show concepts and research stories to help development team.

    Cons

Internship was unpaid and most interns worked full time / 5 days a week. No other real cons - work was interesting and stimulating.

    Advice to Management

Management team were interested in helping interns learn and the environment was creative and inspiring. Great job running the intern program and this led to future jobs for some recent grads.
