Flexible working schedule, full stocked kitchen, catering lunch and dinner.
Cons
Poor leadership on business decision making and company expanding / localization. Employees don't necessarily feel they are being recognized for achievement. Lacking of communication with a lot of politics. No extension education program support or reimbursement.
