    Pros

    They have a very good management system coupled with good pay which included allowance and also ticket fare.

    Cons

    The main downside to working in GS E&C was i think the extremely long working hours which on the long term left workers who have family really tired and fatigued.

    Advice to Management

    Could try to improve the relationship between the korean staff and global staff as there were a few issues within the employees

    Top management is busy in saving their own job and lack any vision.
    They are just wiping off the real workforce in name of cost cutting and themselves taking back big paychecks.
