I worked at GS Lab full-time

    Pros

    1) Lot of learning
    2) Technology partner for many sillicon valley based startups and small companies apart from having few big customers too.
    3) Good colleagues to work with having good technical skills.
    4) Pays well for a services company

    Cons

It's a services company. So the usual cons of services company would be present. For eg:- You would be working for US based companies. This would mean weekly or daily conf calls that could be late evening or early mornings. You may not be part of core decision making/design team as those would be done in US.

Not much career growth or interesting work for employees who are managers.

However, since most software companies are either service companies or captive units of US based companies, this would be the case almost everywhere. So not much of a con in comparison in Indian IT industry.

    Advice to Management

    None

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at GS Lab full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. Good for fresher because projects are smalls and they don't maintain quality.
    2. Ad-hoc and sub standard code reviews.
    3. Good for vegetarian as non-veg is banned.
    4. Only Patanjali (Indian fake baba) products in canteen.

    Cons

    1. They allow to cheat with client interviews.
    2. Uneducated HR's. May be graduated from fake colleges.
    3. Cheating while final salary settlement.
    4. They lure with on-site opportunities if you resign.

    Advice to Management

Main founder has left. He was a great guy. Current management don't seem to adhere to integrity and standards. They cheat with customers and employees.
Main moto is just bring small mini projects. On feed on them.

I have been working at GS Lab full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Provides healthy atmosphere for discussing career opportunities, at times it may take some time (which is reasonable) but good performers are taken care of well.

    Cons

No major cons as such. As the company is growing, maintaining the original values and culture seem to be fading away in some of the units in the company.

    Advice to Management

Senior management needs to influence middle level management in a better way so that there is a consistent approach in handling various issues.
