    Pros

Set Monday through Friday hours. Team is more like a family. We all see eye-to-eye whereas in some of my former places of employment, there were major gaps between employee tiers. There are tons of training documents that help you learn all about the job. Great benefits and awesome starting pay for the industry.

    Cons

The delivery of the person-to-person training could be a little better, but they are also working on making improvements to this aspect that are greatly helping!
