The organization is flexible in terms of work environments – many people work remote and it never seems to interrupt the flow of business from day to day. The leadership team has enhanced its transparency and communication to make the team feel more included and motivated to influence company goals.

    Cons

None – some people have complained about the amount of meetings but there are steps being taken to reduce them.
