      Pros

Amazing culture. Great People. Many tools to do your job well. Your future is in your hands. If you want to innovate or try something, there is usually a way to make it happen. Must be comfortable functioning in grey space.

      Cons

Salary isn't great. Hours can be long. Lack of opportunity for structured growth. If you want something, you have to go make it happen. The road isn't necessarily paved for you. Pro or a con. Sparse professional development opportunities.

      Pros

Great company culture. Lots of vacation time (if you can take it) and decent benefits

      Cons

Can be long hours, pay increases are few and far between and bonuses are very small, if ever.

      Pros

Great company culture. There are always events going on around the office. Everyone has a can-do attitude and is open to new ideas.

      Cons

Interns can get a little lost in the crowd.

      Summer and Fall Intern

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great culture and people. The freedom to engage in projects across the agency and bring-up new concepts. Interns have the opportunity to engage in big projects, even though they might not follow through in the end. The experience is still worthwhile.

      Cons

There doesn't seem to have a bridge from internship to full-time. In a few occasions that does take place, but it seems to be rare. This is quite disheartening and destructive to full motivation. It is also a shame that most summer interns can only work part-time. Summer is a time where full-time opportunities are most appealing.
