    Pros

    There are no pros about working at GSN.

    Cons

    Lack of vision and focus. New President every 6 months. Company has not been cash positive in 15 years. No formal employee review process. No promotions. Personalities issues create toxic culture.

    Good technology

    Cons

    There are no formal managers and the CEO quit!
    People who do give the orders have no college education or true experience.
    No professionalism!
    Laziness prevails!
    Place is run like a high school!
    They lied to me about benefits, there are none!

    What management!?
    There are no managers here!

    I worked at GSN (Grocery Shopping Network) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Company leadership created some great idea's to move company revenue and user experience forward. Good crew with work ethic.

    Cons

    Company lacked funding and was in debt to current investors who circled company like the vultures they are. Burn out high because every employee stretched too thin.

    Don't let your IT team take advantage of you.

    Executive and mid-level management don't see eye to eye on anything
    Projects are never- ending
    Contract work is a joke

    An abusive employee with nothing done about it, no management to speak of, vision and goals change every 5 minutes. Hard workers in the trenches are not recognized or rewarded.
