Pros
Brilliant creative, awesome people work there, ideas that challenge the status quo actually become creative implementations. Everyone seems to really care about each other and works hard to deliver a great product. Work/life balance is great - summer Fridays, lots of days off besides vacation.
Cons
Because of the size of the company, your voice can get drowned out sometimes.

Fun place to work but not convinced about long term opportunities
Jul 21, 2020 - Data Analyst in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Good technical development, technical and non-technical training opportunities - Great culture due to relaxed, fun office atmosphere, and friendly coworkers - Clear management within the team, and management very open to new ideas - WFH/flexible working - Transparent CEO, good leader - Good work/life balance in general
Cons
- 1 client show means work can get repetitive - Complex data set up - Salary not particularly competitive (think this is more due to WPP policy than GTB). Seems to lead to fairly high turnover in lower level roles - Communication across teams (especially finding correct person to help you) can be difficult due to size of agency - External recruitment of new staff appears to be favoured over internal promotion (unless willing to stay in role for a long period of time)

Was the best Agency in Detroit until 2014
Mar 18, 2019 - Creative in Dearborn, MIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Still has a good work / life balance - There could be a big swing with where the agency goes. With all bad comes good. So, if you look at it with a glass half full attitude...
Cons
- The current loss of talent, scope of work and clients means that it's lost it's luster and opportunity for growth. - Account people just want to do whatever the client says. Don't care about doing the best work. Just checking boxes. - Don't expect to get a competitive compensation or any salary increase.

AVOID... don't think there are any redeeming qualities to this company. Because there aren't.
Jul 4, 2019 - Senior Account Executive in Dearborn, MIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Work life balance is good for an agency
Cons
- Incompetent team leaders and coworkers - GTB is very accepting of mediocre talent now that they are losing so many people to attrition. - Poor management who lie through their teeth about your raise/performance review and string you along for their own benefit. No sense of accountability to employees. - Pay is miserable and not up to market rate, it's also very unequal across the agency. - No good projects/opportunities that would help your portfolio or professional development. - Lack of communication from management on important business changes. - I could go on... just avoid.

Strong leadership Flexible working and understanding approach to work life balance Rewarding to work here
Cons
Single client focus does limit career growth

Pros
Great co-workers. Pleasant open work environment. Good benefits. Good training ground for newbies.
Cons
Extremely low morale that is not being addressed. Unresponsive HR department. Work/life balance for employees has significantly suffered due to recent changes making it difficult for those with families. High level of disconnect between leadership and the worker bees. Low pay, insufficient raises.

Pros
Wonderful people for the most part - the bad apples usually weed themselves out. Summer Fridays are nice (although people forget they are a privilege, not a right). Having clients right across the street is a double edged sword.
Cons
Management doesn't practice what they preach. Consistently disappointing performance from HR - they take a reactive approach rather than proactive. Work/life balance can be challenging
