    This is the best company I have ever worked for, they truly value each and every member of the company. The senior leadership team leads by example the core values of the company. For anyone looking for a career I challenge you to get your resume in. I promise you that if you are selected it will be the best descision you could ever make.

    There is nothing I would consider putting here as a con!

    Advice to Management

    Leadership by example is what makes this company great, don't ever change your approachibility and genuine concern you show each and every day to the employees.

    Fantastic physical work environment. A culture that is based upon lived Core Values, not just words on a poster. Wonderful people who truly care about each other and all their customers. A pay for performance philosophy that is followed. Focus on working hard but having fun along the way

    No strong Cons other than continue to work on consistency between GWC and EasyCare who make up APCO Holdings

    Pros

    Upper management is always available! I have a greatest relationship with my AVP, she exemplifies the values that GWC sets forth, daily. It's easy to love what you do when you work for the greatest set of managers in the business. The sales training that GWC provides really sets us up for success in our markets. Not just at onboarding, but consistently throughout the year so that we provide meaningful conversations with our dealers, instead of the same ol' song and dance. The compensation is well worth the hard work that you put into it. HSA account for health program participation.

    Cons

    This job is not for lazy sales people who are satisfied with doing the bare minimum. This position is intense and competitive.

    Pros

    The company as a whole encourages it's employees to maintain a student mentality. My manager is a catalyst for development. He regularly assesses and provides feedback on my skills, performance and personal development interests. I am stronger as a result. Previous employers tended to focus on development which benefits the organization exclusively. After several years of working for GWC Warranty I recognize and appreciate the feeling of value the organization has for me as well as others who are a part of this amazing company.

    The people who work here are the best! They are focused on delivering the best product, service and support every day. Other employees are always at the ready, willing to answer questions, provide support, share best practices and celebrate each others successes! I also appreciate the CEO, Rob taking the time to mail birthday and holiday cards to each employee!

    This company is not for everyone. If you are like the countless immigrants who teemed to the shores of the USA for the Promise of the American Dream, it may be the place for you. Now, the promise I’m speaking of is ... Opportunity. Expect to be given nothing - well, nothing but the Best In Class provider of Vehicle Service contracts to Auto Dealerships. A team of Marketing, Claims, Sales, Sales support, leadership, HR & IT that has a goal to use a value driven approach to be the best partner in the industry for its customers. GWC is a pay for performance organization. If you want to use your talents to work hard every day & continue to train & grow to be the best you’ll be very happy. I have had many counterparts & Co Workers who have failed to stay. The work is always difficult, challenging and competitors are chomping to eat up your business every minute. I’ve never had a harder or more rewarding job.

    Cons

    See the pros. The good & the bad run side by side. You’re in a company where not only do you have to address any problems customers may have with your product, but many times you have to overcome the lousy service & performance other companies in the industry have given them.

    Advice to Management

    Keep listening & responding to our feedback like you do. Share more examples of what performers do to excel & avoid obstacles. Help your folks swipe & adapt what works rather than have to recreate the wheel.
