    This is the best company I have ever worked for, they truly value each and every member of the company. The senior leadership team leads by example the core values of the company. For anyone looking for a career I challenge you to get your resume in. I promise you that if you are selected it will be the best descision you could ever make.

    There is nothing I would consider putting here as a con!

    Advice to Management

    Leadership by example is what makes this company great, don't ever change your approachibility and genuine concern you show each and every day to the employees.

The Leadship team 100% backs their employees and encourages a pave your own path environment! It's the hardwork and dedication set forth by the employees that allows them to pave a great one!

    Great Management team. Trust their employees to do their job so there is no micromanaging. Good pay and benefits get better each year. Opportunities for advancement, as evidenced by the managers that have worked from the entry level up. Always looking for ways to improve.

    Pros

    Corporate Office provides a great working environment with great people.
    Nice perks including generous PTO, Paid Holidays, Employee Events, Christmas Party, and more.
    Consistent work schedule provides for great work/life balance.
    Leadership really cares and reacts to feedback - Executives are tuned in and accessible.

    Cons

    If in an outward facing role there are times you will deal with irate customers - though this can be taxing, keeping cool makes all the difference.

    Advice to Management

    The engagement from leadership to the rest of the company is unlike any I've ever seen. Keep up the great work!

    Fantastic physical work environment. A culture that is based upon lived Core Values, not just words on a poster. Wonderful people who truly care about each other and all their customers. A pay for performance philosophy that is followed. Focus on working hard but having fun along the way

    No strong Cons other than continue to work on consistency between GWC and EasyCare who make up APCO Holdings

    Pros

    Upper management is always available! I have a greatest relationship with my AVP, she exemplifies the values that GWC sets forth, daily. It's easy to love what you do when you work for the greatest set of managers in the business. The sales training that GWC provides really sets us up for success in our markets. Not just at onboarding, but consistently throughout the year so that we provide meaningful conversations with our dealers, instead of the same ol' song and dance. The compensation is well worth the hard work that you put into it. HSA account for health program participation.

    Cons

    This job is not for lazy sales people who are satisfied with doing the bare minimum. This position is intense and competitive.
