    GWC provides their employees with the resources necessary to be successful in their current roles, as well as the developmental tools to excel and take on other opportunities within the Organization. The Leadship team 100% backs their employees and encourages a pave your own path environment! It's the hardwork and dedication set forth by the employees that allows them to pave a great one!

    Pros

    Was a good environment with peers both in the field and working with support at corporate.

    Cons

    Upper management was not engaged in the right activities with field representatives to truly provide the support and direction needed.

    I have been working at GWC Warranty full-time

    Pros

    Solid compensation package for call center employees. Monthly engagement activities. Friendly and professional front line employees.

    Cons

    Company in-flux. Extremely High turnover in the sales positions. Fickle executive team that has had a lot of turnover in management roles over the past year - a lot of that turnover due to terminations. Undergoing an ongoing and drawn out merger that is constantly resulting in mixed messages/policies between the two companies as well as uncertainty in job security for people in roles that may be redundant between the two sister locations. Anticipate further layoffs as the companies continue to align. What is said in front of the employees does not often match the reality of the organizations actions.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to treat employees as commodities and you will destroy the legacy of being a great employer you have worked hard to build.

    Great Management team. Trust their employees to do their job so there is no micromanaging. Good pay and benefits get better each year. Opportunities for advancement, as evidenced by the managers that have worked from the entry level up. Always looking for ways to improve.

    Unbelievable team atmosphere where we truly are family. When you work for GWC, you just know your working for the right company!

    Fantastic physical work environment. A culture that is based upon lived Core Values, not just words on a poster. Wonderful people who truly care about each other and all their customers. A pay for performance philosophy that is followed. Focus on working hard but having fun along the way
