    Pros

I absolutely love working here. We have fantastic benefits, it is a super welcoming and supportive environment, and it is very clear from day one that you are a name and not just a number.

    Cons

I’m trying to come up with something, but I really can’t think of anything.

I have been working at GZA GeoEnvironmental full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Interesting Work (and plenty of it), Smart / Helpful Co-workers and Management. Management always looking to get staff additional / different experiences in office and out in the field. If you put in the effort, it will not go unrecognized. A number of fun internal events throughout the year with plenty of room to get involved in charity events, sports(golf, softball, PMC, etc...) and other activities.

    Cons

There are no real cons that come to mind when working at GZA. Have only been here 2+ years but my experience has been nothing but positive.

    Advice to Management

Management does a good job. Meeting multiple times a year to go over performance and career path is a great reminder that Management is looking out for you, keep that up.

I worked at GZA GeoEnvironmental full-time

    Pros

    Interesting Work, Big Name Clients

    Cons

Expects over 60 hours of work a week, top heavy benefits and fraternity-like culture. If you're not one of the "good ol' boys" you won't fit in. High turnover in low level engineers

    Advice to Management

Focus on the bottom of your ladder. Most people at the bottom aren't happy.
