Demanding, but rewarding.

Company culture, good mission, and good management. I've worked for a lot of people in my time, and I have never encountered anywhere that does this well at actually caring for its people and the mission we carry out. Notwithstanding my remarks in the "cons" section, the overall benefits package is really nice; health coverage is second to none in my experience, leave is generous (when you can get it), and work-life balance is really valued. The nature of the work we do here means it's not a good fit for everyone, as other reviews clearly indicate. But if you can handle the content we see and you want to make a difference in kids' lives while working with a bunch of people you'll actually WANT to be friends with, this is the place for you.
Cons
To use the words of my former supervisor, Gaggle offers "aggressively medium" salaries. Not bad, not spectacular. We also have growing pains, in that the business is expanding so quickly we wind up short-staffed despite constantly hiring. It can be difficult sometimes to get time off or shift coverage due to the workload.

-some changes can feel rushed -fully remote (which is good) but traversing communication in this regard can be a challenge

I've worked at Gaggle for over a year and have had a very positive experience. The family atmosphere is what I appreciate most. You always feel supported and your ideas are heard. I've worked for different companies where you feel like a number, luckily this isn't one of them!
