I worked at Gallop Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some smart people, with some good knowledge and solutions. salaries and benefits are average

    Cons

High turnover, high pressure, micro management and favoritism shown to certain people. They have too many sales people. They were purchased by Cigniti but have a different sales team and lower salaries.

    Advice to Management

Combine the two companies and reduce the sales force. Reduce the amount of VP's.

    Pros

Company is growing despite the non stop meetings that upper management demands.

    Cons

Indian ran company...enough said. They constantly make you feel like your job is in jeopardy. Not welcoming at all when I joined. Upper management is the biggest group of humorless robots you will ever meet. Horrible at communication and no matter what you accomplish they will find a way to degrade you. CEO of the US is a clown. Hard to understand because his English is so bad. He is very condescending and has no grace or tact.

    Advice to Management

Find a CEO that you can understand and try to make employees feel welcome to the company.

I have been working at Gallop Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Anyone from a companies they know can be hired easily, this may not even quality a Pros but according to them it is a Pro

    Cons

No professionalism, no coordination between sales and delivery teams... Lack of ethics, sick of these politics, no innovations, no growth, growth depends on your next level guy if you are good to him you get up otherwise you stay where you are for years... Entire company leadership is driven like this and I think it's in their blood.

Heavy marketing dependent company, nothing real from what we promise in marketing but to build the false credibility for no reason

    No care of people

    Advice to Management

No use of advise to them

I worked at Gallop Solutions as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

You may find a job ASAP after first interview with the technical recruiter

    Cons

Gallop Solutions inc, recruits IT specialists including QA Software Testers. One thing that sucks !!!!! the most about them is their lack of transparency when it comes to placing an IT specialist on a contract. I got a QA contract position through Gallop which they told me was a 6month contract to Full time job. The interview was successful and i moved down from my state to settle in the clent state where i will be working. Surprisingly i was told by a colleague that the company prefered Indians other than other races to work on the project. Also to my surprise i was told that the contract was a 3months contract instead of 6month contract to perm. The annoying part of it was that Gallop kept on insisting its a 6months contract to perm which contradicted what their client mentioned to the contracters who were hired for the project. Finally when the 3months was over, the contract was terminated for all the Gallop contractors. Anyone who wants to sign up for an IT contract with Gallop should beware of these issues in order to make a well informed decision. Know that most of these IT recruiters mostly seek out for their selfish interests without considering the job seeker. Once they are done with you, you do not hear from them anymore and they move on to find other people to work with

    Advice to Management

Be truthful and transparent to your employees and do ot descriminate against any race or favour a particular race. Its a crime!!
