I have been working at Ganart Technologies full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Adrenaline gets high since something new always comes up weekly. It's lean and amazing. You're in the company of geniuses. It rubs off on you and your work. There's really big thinking here that's helping people. Polar opposite to boredom. It's a place where flexible minds can think of the extraordinary, build it and watch it take off.

    Cons

You can get obsessed with working here. When there's a rare lull, you get antsy.

    Advice to Management

Continue to keep communication about progress open. Keep hiring the personalities that fully understand our quest. Amplify trust beyond the good level it is. Never forget our most important stakeholder, the wage earner. Keep thinking bigger. Keep building the company to last, so it can hire my great grandkids.

I have been working at Ganart Technologies full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Extremely lean team and abundance of jobs makes you want to come to work everyday. Updates from management are immediate. OpenSource technology platforms are used mostly and has a foundation for flexible growth.

    Cons

Sales cycle is tied with the development cycle and can change quickly to acquire new sales.

    Advice to Management

At a certain point of time scaling team will be helpful

    Pros

Ganart is a relatively new company (3 years). But it is run by a group of proven, seasoned veterans who have all been industry leader in their respective fields. They allow and encourage out of the box thinking everyday and have the faith and "intestinal fortitude" to see it play out. Being a newer company, you take on whatever you feel you can add value to, which allows you grow professionally.

    Cons

The only con I can come up with for Ganart is that being a newer company, we tend to put in many hours. But this will change as we grow.

    Advice to Management

Ensure that the work experience currently existing in Ganart is maintained as we grow larger in both number of employees and complexity.
