    Pros

-Great Pay -Flexible schedules -Paid for incentives

    Cons

-Pushy for metrics -Regular retail problems -Not allowed to request off for November and December

    Advice to Management

Don't make metrics a way to worry about your job if you are doing well and just below the percentage you want. Also, communication is horrible but that is expected with a new company.

    I worked at Gander Outdoors

    Pros

It's an excellent source of practice and experience in sales and the marketing field. You get infinite opportunities to interact with customers and work on your sales pitching as well as marketing techniques.
