    Pros

    People are friendly and helpful. Lots of fun and the company (when you are actually working at the company) they throw lots of different parties to encourage morale.

    Can be stressful during the holidays with lots of calls.

    Pros

    You'll pick up a lot of useful, transferable skills. They had this option to take "VTO" (Voluntary Time Off, which is unpaid time off) depending on business need that day.

    Cons

    If you work remotely, it can feel pretty isolating and alone. The clients are verbally abusive and you don't get any breaks between the calls/emails/chats. It can get extremely difficult to manage 3 incoming streams of communication all at the same time.
