Hello People, I am an HR with 3 years of experience and I am open to a Challenging HR role post 2.5 Years of Maternity & Nurturing Break and my Gap is costing me so much that it has started making me feel demotivated and anxious as I am not getting Interview calls. Can any Dubai Folks vouch for me for an HR Generalist or HR Manager role?

Great place to work, values diversity and its people

    Pros

    - Solid company culture - Values diversity and inclusion - Safe, friendly workplace and peers - Heard many stories about those who have worked here for several years landing promotions (Managers/General Manager have several years of exp. weren't hired out of the company) - Managers are great at rescheduling conflicts with notice - Frequent small bonuses (water bottles, merch, snacks, etc.)

    Cons

    - Can be very slow at times - Customer-facing role, occasionally have rude customers - Shifts timings are generally random and can be inconvenient - Transparency about raises, performance, etc. would be nice

    Cons

*Bad decisions made by leadership trickle down into major headaches for everyone below. *Balance of work is all over the place. I was stretched extremely thin as a Marketing Manager, but would see folks above me have plenty of free time. *Getting promoted can take an act of God depending on what department you’re in
