    Pros

Peers and subordinates are awesome! Everyone is like family! The pay structure and vacation allowance are best in show

    Cons

Art Peck has run this company and it’s people into the ground. Gap Inc has lost its luster due in large part because they wish to do the same things they’ve always done. I worked at Gap Inc. part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Growth Opportunities Paid Time Sick (after a year)

    Cons

Underpaid Micromanagement I felt like they cared more about their business than their employees.

    Advice to Management

Please pay your workers fairly and don't micromanage. It doesn't create a positive environment for employees who are trying their best to do their job. Give more recognition and respect your employees.
