To many chiefs you have senior director, director over payroll, manager, supervisor really who needs that many? Plus they all act like their better than the people who report to them plus they look down on the peons. They pick and choose favorites. The love brown nosers for sure.

Cons
Not an inspiring work environment. The staff is great, but if youre looking for a company that values employees, this is not the best. It's a great company to stay stagnant. Very few opportunities for growth and employee recognition has disappeared in recent years, Lots of tenure, but little advancement. To work for such a large company, it wont feel like it. There are no office parties, no team building, and no comradery.
