    I worked at Gap part-time

    Pros

Friendly staff, flexible schedules, opportunities for growth and employee recognition programs.

    Cons

Well, it's retail - so customers will always be a wildcard, especially at a children's store. But that's the way the cookie crumbles

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Gap full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Your basic PTO and 401k contributions

    Cons

Crazy long hours and overnights for visual team. Poor management. Ridiculous expectations from upper management when stores lack resources and support to accomplish the workload. I've worked at multiple stores and its always the same story. Would only recommend if you're looking for something temp/seasonal or part-time for those in school or looking for extra money.

    I worked at Gap full-time

    Pros

Very qualified, passionate employees to work with
Decent compensation and benefits (though not compared to tech companies)

    Cons

Company had fallen on hard financial times when I was there, which negatively affected morale.

    I worked at Gap part-time

    Pros

Was an entry level job. Interview and hiring process was easy, as the store I worked at was at a remote location that needed workers.

    Cons

Sometimes you didn't get along with some of the other workers, but since this was just a basic retail for me, I just dealt with it and remained professional.
