    Pros

The team work is amazing. Everyone goes above and beyond to get everything done.

    Cons

Leadership does not listen. I was there 2 years and we went through two restructurings. We constantly expressed that we needed more headcount because the amount of work was overwhelming but their response was letting even more people go. They let one person go who was there for 14 years. There is no such thing anymore of loyalty within corporate.
