I have been working at Gap part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people are cool to work with for the most part. Chill atmosphere. Nice clothes.

    Cons

Their POS is severely outdated. The marketing is misleading which causes customers to get angry with those who work in the store. There aren't enough hours given to ensure the store runs smoothly. There is absolutely no organization when it comes to doing floor sets, updates, or shipment.

    Advice to Management

There really isn't much store management can do, but upper management needs to invest in some serious software updates.

    I worked at Gap part-time

    Pros

Well at first I thought the discount would be a plus but personally nothing really fit and customers basically get the same discounts as us..

    Cons

I thought it was friendly in the begin but ended up being extremely catty and managers were very malicious by cutting hours.

    Advice to Management

    Stop gossiping
Stop cutting hours for no reason
