    Pros

Co-workers were really nice and helpful at this location anyway. Was taught more than just a sales associate position so that was really cool. Hours were super flexible as most of the workers were students. My managers were also very understanding and were there for you.

    Cons

The yearly raise was really sad like it wasn't even a dollar.

Mostly good people, decent pay. I don't dread going in, which is nice. The customers haven't been bad yet either

    Cons

    I worked at Gap full-time

    Pros

Great discount, great health benefits. 4 weeks of PTO every year. Quarterly performance bonuses and yearly opportunities for raises. Can be a fun/energetic atmosphere

    Cons

At the end of the day, a corporation only sees you as a dollar sign. As far as disciplinary action goes, even if you have no pre-existing problems, they will fire you at the drop of a hat with no regard to any hierarchy of actions taken.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like people. I see so many people struggle leading high schoolers, and the reality is that as long as you treat them as human beings they will be loyal to you. Treating employees like credit card-getting sheep decreases morale.
