    Pros

Managers are very friendly, always there to help
No commission, only hourly rate for retail sales, so no one fights over customers

    Cons

    minimum wage and no commission
Messy sale area, therefore a lot of folding and re-stocking is needed

    Advice to Management

keep up the positive leadership and fun environment

I worked at Gap part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly coworkers that were social and helpful. Good discount (50%), though much of the time you could get that discount through store promotions.

    Cons

WAY too much pressure on pushing GapCard to customers. No emphasis on sales abilities, just your ability to sign customers up for credit cards

    Advice to Management

Place more emphasis on training associates to provide quality customer service. Incentivize sales rather than GapCard sign-ups.
