Pays decent compared to brinks/dunbar
Coworkers tend be laid back and agreeable
Not at all invested in its transportation employees
Compete disregard for employee needs and concerns
Trucks are in constant disrepair, repaired as simply and cheaply as possible, meaning they don't last more than a few weeks without needing another repair
Extremely strict attendance policy
No representation or support from management or HR
Disregards customer complaints about disrespectful employees, causing customers to use other services
Absolutely no upward mobility
I could go on for days
Advice to Management
Completely restructure. Try to care even a little about employee job satisfaction. Branches wouldn't need to unionize if we were given the respect we deserve from management
