    Great hours to work for retail

    Some employees treat others employees terrible without cause

    Pros

    Easy work if you don't mind killing yourself for pennys.

    Cons

    You must kiss their but or you'll be criticised for what you do.

    Advice to Management

    Knock it down a notch. Compensate your workers alittle rather then just the company. Without your employees you have no business!

    The work is easy but they expect to much from one person.

    Cons

    The company doesn't think of the employee only themselves. Cost of living up, pay the same.

    Advice to Management

    Start paying us, start giving us raises and we can afford to live!

    Guarantee 40 hours a week. Paid every two weeks. Same location so no traveling

    Cons

    The incompetence is crazy. Pay you nothing for tons of work.

    Upper Management very self centered, employees are considered last, never anything to boost morale

    Consider the employee!! Consider the folks who are bring value, gross profit and exceptional service to customers. Consider giving something versus always taking away!!
