    Pros

Intelligent co-workers, lively conversations, pizza fridays, good location, interesting collaboration-based culture

    Cons

Pay, fraudulent/false advertising of positions when hiring, inefficient accounting/finance department

    Advice to Management

Replace the older, uneducated "accountant" (actually just a bookkeeper) in your New York office with a recent graduate, or graduate student. You will save money, retain more talent, and find that work can be done much more efficiently once the dinosaur is extinct.

Be honest in advertising future positions - you can't retain talent if you mislead that talent as to what they are going to be doing.

Continue providing resources to fuel a lively culture that, along with compensation for PM/CM's, will help you to retain talent.

    Pros

Relaxed yet high performing culture and there is a sense of community being a Partnership. It has a really strong brand and profile as well.

    Cons

Could be quite laid back sometimes, quality of training could be better as well as perks. Also quite traditional with the affairs.

    Advice to Management

Better pay and perks would help to attract and retain the best talent. A more transparent career progression structure is useful.
