No cap on your earnings as a salesman. If you bring in a lot of business to the company, you will reap the benefits along with the company. Top management is very approachable and they are very people oriented. I have enjoyed working with my direct managers and have enjoyed great support from the main office.

During my 30+ years in the workforce, This company is very decent. If you are an employee who isn't sensitive and can take criticism to enhance yourself as an employee in the office or sales force then this is the place to be. I have learned so much from the sales force and the office employees. I hear there are employees of the company who have been there 15+ years which says a lot.

Cons

The health benefits package is expensive, your annual salary a huge amount is gone only on health benefits. 401K you have no control over how you like your money invested. The company does all of it for you. Every year you just get a statement on how much you made or lost.

Been working at GC for several years now as a field territory manager. Although it can be lonely at times, the company always has my back. Pay is good, work/life balance is encouraged from high up, and mistakes are never "bad on you", rather learning experiences. The family really takes care of it's employees

Lack of an office can lead to feelings of isolation. AS400 sales software is archaic. Healthcare insurance outside of california is not good.
