I have been working at Gartner full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This company never stops growing, and never stops hiring the very best talent! 2017 has seen the organization evolve and accelerate it's coverage to the business world, and with this we all as employees are evolving and accelerating our careers! I work with some of the most passionate, forward thinking people I've ever met, people who push me to excel each and every day. I'm 6 years in and still feel like I did on my first day - truly amazed that I work for this company.

    Cons

This is a fast paced organization, I list as a con merely to ensure that those who are considering Gartner are strapped in and ready for the ride!

Keep leveraging the support to enhance your leadership capabilities

    Pros

Flexible hours, travel opportunity, exposure to C-level corporate management, highly regarded in the industry, Can be very rewarding from the client point of view, not from the company itself.

Very politically driven. A career path that looks like a moving target that changes every year but it seems after the fact and not before so that one can aim at it.
