      Pros

Achievable targets that most people meet Great commission plan Collaborative culture Lots of support A big focus on career development

      Cons

Suits people that like a fast paced high performance environment. If that is not you it can be challenging. There have been some poor leaders that have had a negative impact on the culture. That said, this is not something that Gartner stands for and changes have been made.

      Pros

-Very flat hierarchy, you'll meet business leaders within the first month. -Strong culture and colleagues at Gartner are very intelligent and trusting. -Plenty of projects to get involved in, whether it's work-related or outside of work. -Great company for employees (benefits, learnings, wellbeing) and is very easy to navigate around the systems. -Performance-driven and everyone does their bit without being micromanaged.

      Cons

-Busy organisation means plenty of work, days fly by.

Can't commend the growth-focused environment enough!

      Pros

      - really supportive on starting to make sure hitting ote is a given and winners circle is in range - frequent constructive feedback, in my last firm feedback was more negative than anything so the coaching mentality is really refreshing - sr/management are all very mindful of individual career growth and genuinely feel committed to helping you get there

      Cons

Sales can be a grind, as always I guess - with the well known brand name behind you it mitigates the legwork of building rapport as much as possible .. but still it's not really the kind of role where you can just coast. Earning potential definitely makes it worth it imo

      Pros

      - As a best practice organisation, there's always a lot to learn and great people to help you - Fantastic progression opportunities - Great pay for graduates - Amazing culture

      Cons

      - A lot to learn: although it is a benefit, if you are not resilient it could be overbearing
