I worked at Gate Gourmet full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's union based, overtime every week, nice company to work for if you're starting out fresh from high school or are intetested in it as a career.

    Cons

Pay is very average. Especially for the amount of work you're doing...mandatory overtime of 2hrs or more a day gets very tiring very quickly. The staff only listens to the manager...

    Advice to Management

Train your supervisors more, they don't stay on top of the employees like you do so the productivity drops tremendously when you weren't around...
