    Pros

    Good Free Food.
    Working with great people.

    Cons

You will only get overtime if you come in on your day (s) off. First week worked I did over 40 hours but only 8 hours was actually log and paid for the week. The extra hours I did, one being 5:00am to 5:30pm only counted for 8 hours. There is no way someone can complete this shift in 8 hours alone. They have a very strict budget (no wonder people come and go so often).

    Advice to Management

Explain to people this Con I pointed out before hiring. I worked for a similar company that actually paid for each hour worked. This is an hourly job. Why would I have to write down my time for the first two weeks if what only matters is if it was completed or not.
