Very little room for advancement. Tough working hours, not uncommon to be asked to stay longer. Not uncommon to finish late (ca. 00:00) and start early (04:30)! Hostile work environment, pressure to load as many planes in a short amount of time Maximizing profits at the expense of safety Very bad standards of hygiene (Transporting and handling of waste together with new food which is to be loaded onto airplanes)

Management lack training to deal with people. Not all, but many supervisors only after payslip. work is reactive, not proactive. Language barriers. Manpower work assignments not well distributed. Loyalty to company is not that strong.

Condescending and rude management. the Management schedule changes without consulting employees then become belligerent because employee cannot juggle a schedule change on the fly.

365 days a year; the planes must be met on time. Don't plan on anything else; this will be your life. Your family will hardly see you. Forgive management if they push you. They are under even more pressure and have even less personal time than you will.
