      Pros

Get free food and soft drinks all day long. Easy interview process. Get payed weekly.

      Cons

Lied to about 90 day probation period for new hires. One manager cares about the employees versus the other 10+. Play the favoritism towards alot of employees they like. If you work hard they dont like you(me) WAY TOO MANY characters who i work with. People will still you personal belongings. Alot of the managers and supervisors are very unperfessional. Managers allow there favorite employees to dress any kind of way. Pay is fn ridiculous at 9.36 and hr. They will work you to the point where they will break you. The food they serve is crap and only have to microwaves that have lines for over 15 to 20 mins. Alot of people who work there do not speak english and are super rude. Manners are unheard of at this place. Perfect job for a high school kid. So horrible as far as retaining employees and turnover rate is beyond ridiculous.

Only Dissatisfied with the huge amount of work given in 8 hours without any overtime and the changing of days off

      Pros

Good Free Food. Working with great people.

      Cons

You will only get overtime if you come in on your day (s) off. First week worked I did over 40 hours but only 8 hours was actually log and paid for the week. The extra hours I did, one being 5:00am to 5:30pm only counted for 8 hours. There is no way someone can complete this shift in 8 hours alone. They have a very strict budget (no wonder people come and go so often).

      Worst Place Ever -

      Pros

Can't think of any - would say the free food, but not even a stray dog would eat it half the time.

      Cons

Everything from equal pay for equal work to hours expected to work to micro-managing. They talk about "people first" all the time, but it is very clear the people they refer to are those in HQ's only and only some at that. Even headquarters is having a hard time keeping their people. Not every job description fits every kitchen. Those with multiple hats should be compensated adequately but not at this company. This is a modern day sweat-shop. Long crazy hours, hard work, minimal compensation (at least in the field) and no recognition for the worker.
