I worked at Gateway Health Plan full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Starting wage good but very low pay raises

    Cons

No bonus in spite of considerable company profit. When government lowered taxes this company did not even consider bonuses. Long wait for more vacation days. Occurrences if you use earned sick days which can get you fired just for being sick.

    Pros

Good place to work sometimes I can get a little childish but overall great job.

    Cons

You technically have to ask permission to use the bathroom, everyone is a manager, the rules change to fit an individual's needs at the time.

I worked at Gateway Health Plan full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Comparable Pay relative to the industry

    Cons

Terrible HR, retaliation if you complain about anything, terrible project management, awful IT (though I heard they did finally get rid of the previous moronic CIO, so that's a step in the right direction and towards the 21st Century!), but if you have any self-respect you should not consider working here. All of the good people have left in the last 2 years of their own accord, and many of the bad still remain despite the wholesale clearing out of the C-Suite.
