    Pros

    Only good for fresher,
    On time salary
    1 leave per month (12 leaves per year, 5 Sick leaves , 1 Festival leave)
    8 national holidays

    Cons

    No weekend off. 1st, 3rd and 5th saturday is full working day,
    Company is not having enough project on board, Many employee has been fired by management. Since last 4 months.

    Advice to Management

    Give all weekend off.

    I worked at Gateway TechnoLabs full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Good for entry level developer, they five internships. Grab a chance if you have. There is a high potential for growth.
    - The appraisal process is defined, after your 1 year your performance evaluated and shown to you. You will get fair chance to discuss it. However, once you accept the rating you are not allowed to negotiate the salary increase.
    - Based on the technology you have a chance to go to the client side. mostly for backend developers.
    - There are lots of cultural activities going on a regular basis, celebration committee and CSR committee doing this job.
    - The work environment is friendly, there are no restrictions on social talks and fun during work. (I love this the most)
    - There is time flexibility given to employees of about 1 or 2 hours.
    - They treat girls equally, in the hiring process and as an employee. Girls have their on celebration going on after every few months.
    - Sports activities are organized in winter. Sports committee organized a tournament for cricket, chess, and Table tennis.
    - They will manage you tax related stuff, you just need to submit proper documents. You will get Form-16 and file your return. Allowances in you salary are fair.

    Cons

    - I got very nice salary increase year to year. (Based on performance) However starting salary is below par. My peers who were also deserving to get a good increase, they didn't get that much salary hike. (This depends on the technology you work and its demand.)
    - Few of my peers got a negligible hike in salary, of course, performance matters, however in this kind of case it's way too low.
    - There is politics in management because of that employee has to suffer. This is avoidable. You can always see partiality towards some employees. Undeserving people can get some opportunity and a deserving employee might miss it. This happens handfull of times but the suffering of the deserving employee is catastrophic.
    - Work from home policy is not defined, even if your work is doable from home. You have to get permission from n number of people.
    - There is 2-4th Saturday leave policy along with Sunday leave.
    - Each month starting fromJanuary, you will get 1 paid leave credited to your account. (12 leaves for 12 months). 5 sick leave credited In January and 1 festival leave is given.
    Total 18 paid leaves can take if it's there in your account.
    - In small projects, the design, and architecture roles are not included.

    Advice to Management

    - Get rid of undeserving people in senior management.
    - Entry level developer deserves higher pay. It's way below than industry standard. Also its way below your company's standard.
    - Let employees enjoy 5-day work.
    - Include Agile process in a small project, now its time. Guide employees how to use it.
    - Give importance to design and architecture roles in every project.

    Pros

    - Employees are appreciated for their work and achievement by the means of awards and one in-house news portal.
    - Cleanest working place
    - Having canteen where you can get anytime snacks or tea/coffee.
    - Having tea and coffee machine
    - Providing hygienic evening snacks for free
    - Flexible working hours. You have to finish 8:30 working hours in a day.
    - 12 Paid leave, 5 sick leaves, 12 quarter day leaves scheme is very impressive and relaxing
    - Finest tax structure and supportive HR & account department I have ever seen during my work experience of more than five companies!!!

    Cons

    - Giving Training on new technologies, but only as per project needs and selected employees who are going to work on that particular project.
    - Only two Saturdays are off in a month, which is a big disadvantage
    - Only 1 tea/coffee machine shared between 5 floors !!!!!
    - 2 years of bond which is a long period

    An opportunity has to be understood first and then acted upon with some experienced SME. Hire quality SMEs to face your prospects.

    Pros

    The location is good.

    You get to learn a lot of things in this company - like how company and HR can make false promises to you. How Managers can play dirty politics with you. etc.

    The company provides good internet to search jobs on naukari.com.

    Cons

    - No Infrastructure - No work culture - No Salary - No life - No ethics - NOTHING

    Primary Objective of running this company is to Rob their clients and to make fool their employees.

    Company's CEO is "OSCAR WINNING ACTOR". On one hand, he keeps telling employees to not to work without an allocation. and on the other hand, All managers are always looking for getting their job done with employees who are not allocated to their projects. "THEN WHY YOU CAN'T INSTRUCT THE SAME TO YOUR MANAGERS FIRST ????? "

    Stop hiring low paid HR who just writes False/Fake Reviews on the Glassdoor. Start doing something that makes the employee write something good about the company.

    They dont pay to the employees who are really hardworking and are doing actually something good for the company and let them all go. BUT THEY STOP SOME HIGHLY PAID MANAGERS, Who do nothing but the ALM and TFS all the day and pretend like they are SUNDAR PICHAI of Google.

    Now they have stopped giving comp-off leave too. They always want their employees to stay extra but never want to give comp-off. HOW PATHETIC ONE CAN GET LORD ???????????????

    Once you put resign, They observe your each and every activity and finding the reason the make some deductions in your pending salary.
    Please dont do this to employees they have ther family dependent on him.

    Advice to Management

    To NG: Please take all your managers with you to plough the field with you. They might do something good there. And please shut down the company for god sake.
