I worked at Gatti's Pizza part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good people, great environment felt like a family when working there. Job was never too difficult especially since it was a starting job so didn't expect much from it.

    Cons

My personal experience wasn't all too well. 2 years of work and no pay raise but coworkers would get some. Never found out why though

    Advice to Management

Constructive Criticism is a must. I would have been a lot happier with it. Tell me if I'm doing my job wrong, tell me what I can improve on. Not just for me to be a better employee but for you to have a good asset to help the business grow better

I have been working at Gatti's Pizza full-time

    Pros

Pay is hourly at 7.25/hr in the store and on deliveries.
Tips are what you would get at Domin's or Papa Johns.
There is less emphasis on single deliveries, getting triples is not uncommon.

    Cons

Gatti's brand is not promoted as much as the major pizza places, so at times it is slow. still better than the 2 competitors mentioned above.

    Advice to Management

Don't be so tight with capital expenditures. Do a better job of maintaining the store.
