I worked at Gazprom full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Payment was stable and slightly above market level.

    Cons

I have worked there for 1 year. It seems that work I have done was needless for user. During the development process I didn't understand the goal of final product, I just implement requirement of manager.
Very, very, very big bureaucracy create filling that everything we do is our personal wishes. I don't understand why I must beg administration personal to feel some necessary documentation.
