I worked at Gazprom full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great mentoring and on-hand experience. Company's goodwill contribute to the reputation among companies-partners. A lot of benefits are provided as employee.

    Cons

It's hard to access to the on-site company's location due to severe specific condition where work is conducted. In my opinion, company had slight conflicts inside its structure that lead to slowed performance.

    Advice to Management

Solve the vending issues and decide on final product to avoid conflicts between departments to achieve better progress and finish new sites for plant. It would open new horizons for investors.
