I have been working at Geek Squad part-time for more than 9 years

      Pros

Good experience on computer repair. Sometimes a fun work environment-unique coworkers. Easy to get time off

      Cons

Mismanaged. Geek Squad has extremely high turn over. They purposely under staff to look good on a metric management is graded on. Very little support to agents. Very few stay on in GS so most agents are very inexperienced and are guessing their way through their job. They provide very little training and throw you in. Then you get chastised for making mistakes. The rest of Best Buy has no idea what GS does and cannot...

      Advice to Management

Increase pay, otherwise you will keep getting inexperience kids hired on and keep having procedural issues. Staff well so no one gets burned out.
